Humans are sign readers.*

We read signs to find our way, whether in traffic or in life. We read signs to collect information and generate meaning.

The symbols and signs you use in communicating with your clients, your team, or even your family are vital. They are more important than the words you use.

Look around you, look at your communication, what are the symbols communicating about you, your business.

The coffee cup you hold in your Zoom meetings speaks louder than you can.

Get skin in the game, be intentional about the signs, symbols and metaphors you use.
