Hilariously Melancholic

Emil Cioran is everything. One of the most important philosophers of the 20th century his misrablist (that is a thing) approach help us not feel alone in world that pursues nothing but 'happiness'.

“It is not worth the bother of killing yourself, since you always kill yourself too late.”
― Emil Cioran, The Trouble with Being Born

What stood out for me this weekend, was this quote, “We have convictions only if we have studied nothing thoroughly.” In a facebook world packed with vaccine and foreign policy 'experts' a bit of Cioran is very much welcome.

Have a miserable ;) week.

(I added a short video on Cioran, thanks Elizma, for your non-enjoyment)
