Continuing the thread from yesterday,
What do you do first thing in the morning? The first thing that happens when you open your eyes?
Pick up your phone?
Make coffee?
Get up and take a shower?
Morning routines are crucial, here is my usual first step:
I think of something to be grateful for, especially for just being alive, being present on this earth and getting to experience all of this.
Notice what you do naturally first thing in the morning, then think about what you want to be doing first thing in the morning to set up your day.
That will be your first regula.
Get skin in the game.
