silence

Sitting in silence short circuits a noisy world.

Spending a few minutes in silence each day and letting thoughts float past you like boats on a river, neither judging or engaging them, teaches us to keep on letting go.

Us not holding on to anything disrupts a world that shouts, ‘I have therefore I am!’

Silence teaches us to hold things lightly so that we can live in light, from light so to be light.

Get skin in the game, spend time in silence.
