A practice for when you see a stranger.

Strangers need love too, we forget that we are all strangers to others.

And if we want to build a more compassionate society, we will need up our level of loving-kindness.

Here is a practice to start us off; when you meet or just see a stranger today wish them well.

No need to do this out loud, just wish them well in your heart, wish that they will be healthy, that they will be happy and that they will experience peace.

Try it for a day, and see the effect it has on you.

Get skin in the game, love the stranger.

If you want to learn more helpful practices, subscribe to The Palaestra and become part of a community of practice, where we train together to become better human beings.

I hope you join us.
