Armchair stories
I’ve been writing on stories in the last few letters, stories about work and money. Humans are storytelling creatures; that is how we make sense of the world. Story is a path our brain knows, tension elevates attention.
And in an attention-scarce world, telling a story is the best way to get the attention of those you seek to serve.
Next week I’m sharing how to use storytelling to build your business at Rawson Properties’ conference for all of their 2000 agents. I can’t wait.
Today I want to share this with you. Ken, a friend of mine’s wife, Ash, makes family videos (I know, right, yawn..), but these are a special find. She does more than make a montage of smiling people at weddings and fairy lights, Ash makes documentary-style films and
tells the story.
They are magic.
If you have a wedding coming up, or an 80th then give Ash a call.
Don’t let your stories disappear.
