Bottoms Up

One of the major things that happen in chaotic times is hierarchies disappear. Catastrophic events and serious disruption to industries wipe out structures.

This allows for ideas to flow from the bottom up, the key here is not to stop these ideas from flowing, but to listen, and listen well. The people that are on the front lines often know the best way to stop the bleeding and to move forward.

In chaos, there is no boss and employee, male or female, slave or free, everyone can work together to create something awesome.
