Easy math or change? π¨π½βπ«
It's easy to tick boxes and measure activity. How many emails were sent, how many keystrokes, and how many hours were 'worked' in a week? It's easy math.
Creating change is hard. It requires conversation, debate, conflict, failure, saying sorry, trying again, thinking about a problem for a week, and scribbling a solution on a napkin at 2:11 am.
Change requires doing the hard work of embracing βmystery and chaosβ, building a team, working together, and getting into the thick mess of relationships.
or you can do the easy math, tick the boxes, and deliver an efficient PowerPoint deck.
