find something beautiful

All who know me, know that I'm fairly obsessed with beauty. One of my favourite quotes, I quote is constantly, is from Oscar Wilde, 'f something is useless then at least make it beautiful otherwise it will have no purpose at all.'

The contemplation of beauty is one of the chief philosophical and spiritual pursuits, and is sadly neglected.

So, here is a training naked exercise for you for this weekend,

find something beautiful, a film, an artwork, a flower, a person and spend some time contemplating it, looking intently at it and letting it do its work on you.

Get skin in the game,

Pierre
