Backs of envelopes

My design lecturer was obsessed with simplicity, she always said that “simplicity wasn’t always the best, but the best was always simple.”

Value doesn’t always mean more, more features, more trinkets, more experiences. A scalpel can cut deep because of the extremely sharp blade, the small surface area that focuses the pressure. 

Perhaps, the question is not what you need to add to your idea, but what you need to take away. 

Get skin in the game, simplify.
