The first principle in meditation is intent, the why. Much has been said about finding your why, and for good reason, your motivation is important.
What is your intent when sitting down to meditate?
To relax, to let go, to find truth?
Furthermore, what is your intent heading into this week?
To build, to share, to serve?
Check your intent before every meeting, every engagement, why am I engaging here, what do I want to achieve here?
Be intentional.
