Burgers in Paris 🇫🇷

A story about Paris, for Valentine's <3 ;)

Last year we took a trip with the kids to Europe. We were walking around Paris, feet throbbing, looking for a place to eat.

Ria, my wife, said: 'I know, let's ask these friends of ours, they went to Paris last year, they should know a place.'

These friends live in Malalane, a farming town in Mpumalanga. And being the generous and great people that they are directed us to a burger spot near the Opera house, about a 30-minute walk from where we were.

And of course, we went searching for this burger spot, recommended to us by our dear Afrikaans friends from Malalane, in the food capital of the world.

We walked past bistros and cafes and thousands of local Parisians heading for the Malalane approved burgers.

Why did we do this?

We did it because we trust our friends, because we are human and trust 'our' people first.

Trust is powerful.

Which is why it is the most important aspect in teams.

By the way, the burger place was closed. It did look very nice though. :)
