From Derek Sivers, I've learnt that when considering a project or position it should either be a hell yeah or a no, that is if you're not mad excited about doing a project then it should be a no.

Don't hurry, and don't hurry after things you don't care about.

Get skin in the game, go for the 'hell yeah'.
