Intentional

A few years back we chose to go and live in another city, it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Let me be clear, it wasn’t easy, but it was and is still good. It forced us to open our perspectives, to learn a new culture, to build a new network, and to make new friends.

The wonderful thing about being a human being is that we have this strange ability to choose, to take responsibility for our lives. I believe that it is in this ability to choose that we can discover and build meaning into our lives, and a life with meaning is a life worth living.

Yet we don’t exercise our ability often enough. We just get pulled along by the current of chaos and the motivation of marketers.
