Did you know that most people die from a heart attack on a Monday at 9 am?
Intentional
A few years back we chose to go and live in another city, it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Let me be clear, it wasn’t easy…
Circumstances
Happiness is largely dependent on our circumstances, let’s face it. More specifically this often elusive feeling of contentment is based on feeling safe, filled, secure, having enough.
Happiness is a skill
In a chaotic world, we still have choices. In fact, in a chaotic world you may have even more choices than in a stable one. In a chaotic world, the old rules, hierarchies and traditions have little or no authority.
YOU HAVE A CHOICE.
The trick is to always be responding, riding the wave, creating your own world, own reality (if you must). As with many things in your life, career, relationships, money. Happiness, largely, is a choice, but even more than that, happiness is a skill.
HAVING A 'FLAT' STOMACH WILL MAKE YOU SAD.

(Then I just need to figure out a way to take my shirt of at the reunion..., I'll post a pic if I make it. :)
