I just got back from facilitating a two day ​Strategy session​ in Hoedspruit (at is was cooler there than in Cape Town believe it or not).

Here's what I learnt, anew:

The immense power it unlocks when a leader stands firm and brutally cuts that which doesn't belong.

Strategy is about making decisions.

Strategy is as much about saying no as it is about saying yes.
