I'm pretty obsessed with making stuff, making stuff that matters.

The challenge is that ‘management’, aka admin, tends to creep up and take over my ‘making stuff’ time like a weed.

Ryan Holiday has this great line, ‘first, make then manage’.

This helps me structure my day, I do the creative work first, write my emails, books, brainstorm, then get into meetings, admin and emails.

Give it a go, and block out deep work time first thing in the morning, let me know how it works for you.
