I remember years ago I saw an interview on Oprah where she spoke with a woman who suffered 3rde degree burns over more than 90% of her body, She was not even recognisable as human.

What struck me though was not her optimism or her intellect, she had both in spades. It was what she called her most crucial practice, to allow herself 10 minutes a day to cry.
