My friend Deon sent this to me yesterday. We all have something, big or small, that will not be brought if we don't bring it, uncover, recover it.

And leadership is about helping others show their work, helping others recover what they have been selected to find. Leadership is curating these finds, displaying them for the world to enjoy.
