15 seconds at a time
Here is something that I picked up lately, and it has had a major effect on my mood, and mental health. It took a while to get right, but once it got going it is hard to stop.
When you see something, hear something, or come across something that you like, that you find beautiful, that impresses you, just stay with that positive emotion for 15 seconds longer.
Just pause, and let it sink in.
Apparently, it takes about 15 seconds for your neurons to lay down a new path, so Iām building some new highways and it works.
Get skin in the game, pause.
