Fierce

"fierce with reality"

A line I read in Parker Palmer's new book, On the brink of everything. To be fierce with reality is to be completely in touch and open and honest about all that you are, the light and the shadow. 

It is to bring all that you are to the world.

I'm sure you have also met those people, those few that are fiercely real in a world of flimsy fakery.

I want to be fiercely real, be real with me.
