So this is what an earthquake feels like...

Betrand Russell the philsopher and academic once wrote about how we should be fully present in the moment. I know what you are thinking, 'Ugh, not another bourgeois Zen dandelion blowing in the wind comment', but hold on.

He was once caught in a pretty big earthquake and in the midst of it said to himself,

'So this is what an earthquake is like.'

On my first quest, I haven't done my second, we had to spend time in the mountains, in the open, with only water for four days. The recommendation for what to do when you get really hungry from our guide? Say to yourself,

'So this is what is feels like to be really hungry, I probably won't be this hungry ever again.'

What are you finding yourself in right now, and be there.

So this is what anger feels like.
This is what debt feels like.
This is what sickness feels like.

You might not get to experience it again.
