One of the things liminal space does is reveal true leadership. It upturns hierarchies and shows those who were kept in power through titles, money, or privilege are quickly shown for what they truly are.

In fact, it shows everyone for what they truly are.

The true leaders, those that communicate with their people, are generous, make decisions and take decisive actions that benefit the group, rise fast in liminal space.
