We are all so aware of the dangers of stress that we miss out on the good stuff, positive stress.

Accessing its power can be a simple as a mindset change. For example, when you feel stress coming on before a big pitch or meeting, instead of trying to get rid of it, rather reframe it.


Say to yourself, ‘This is the same feeling our ancestors must have felt before making a kill, before going into battle to defend their families or nation.

The same adrenaline, the same energy, the same focus.’

I’d wager you could use that.
